Last weekend, I presented at the New York State Association for Language Teachers Annual Conference. It was a great opportunity to connect with other language educators and share ideas. I also had the pleasure of attending my colleagues Sarah Shainfeld and AJ Kane’s presentations. Below is the presentation I made at the conference about creating a diverse and inclusive classroom environment and curriculum. Within the presentation are links to relevant posts on this blog which highlight some of the practices and activities I mention, as well as language tying the activities to the New York State standards for world languages. Email subscribers will need to view this in a web browser to see the presentation.
